Richard Jones, DVM

Owner/Veterinarian

Dr. Jones graduated from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1980.  He was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. He planned to do a one year internship in Nashville, but fell in love with the city and never left. Dr. and Mrs. Jones have two grown children, Austin and Wylie, and a granddaughter who is the light of their life. He enjoys hunting and fishing, whether it is in Tennessee, his native Alabama or all the way in South Dakota and Canada.

Jen Huddleston, LVMT

Practice Manager/Lead Tech

Jen has been working at CSAH since September 2010. She was born and raised in California, which explains a lot. She has four adult daughters and five grandchildren that keep her quite busy outside the clinic. In her rare free time, Jen enjoys going to concerts, adventuring with her sister, and traveling. She is also a trivia aficionado and sci-fi/Star Wars nerd. 

Susan Jordan

Lead Receptionist/Client Care Specialist

Susan has been working at Cool Springs Animal Hospital for 29 years. Whoa! She enjoys hanging out with her family, attending bible study, and church. She has a Lab named Finley. Susan retired from Franklin Special School District and is now working at CSAH full time. She can’t wait to have even more time with her grandbabies!
